Hybrid EMR Course

Please note: This is a continuing education (CE) course and not intended for EMR certification. The course will include six in-person sessions focused on hands-on skill development through realistic scenarios. The primary objective is to enhance the confidence and effectiveness of rural fire personnel when responding to emergency situations prior to the arrival of advanced medical support. Emphasis will be placed on initial patient assessment, patient interviews, and immediate interventions. Key training components will include CPR, medical and trauma care, airway management, bleeding control and splinting techniques. (additional $6 on CPR night for the cost of AHA BLS card)
