Creating Influence Through Your Communication Style

$299

with Kim Worlow

Calendar Oct 3, 2024 at 8:30 am

Successful leaders focus less (if at all) on what to say in order to get people to take action. Instead, effective leaders focus on how they can "be" in order to embody a message that inspires others to accomplish a task, create a powerful team or relationship, and/or join forces to complete a mission. Delivering an inspiring message requires a leader to be fully engaged at the highest possible level with his/her role, task, and .. message in order to connect successfully with those around him/her. By operating at a highly anabolic level, a leader taps his/her/highest levels of energy in order to attract and create opportunities. Your current energy level is felt by everyone all of the time. Some energy levels attract and some repel different people. Conversations take place at all levels of energy. Each sentence and each word, depending upon how it is said, as well as everything that is not said out loud, will impact the leader's ability to engage his/her audience.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Learn skills/abilities to become a more conscious leader
    • Does your message impact temporarily or permanently?
    • Do you inspire people to take action or cause them to deflate and retreat?
  • Identify the energy blocks that hold you back from being the leader you want to be.
  • Identify 5 different perspectives that laders use to communicate and what they produce.
  • Construct your ideal image of an Influential Communicator

Lunch will be provided.

Instructor Bio:

Hola! My name is Vanesa Roberts.  I was born and raised in Argentina.  I love learning about different cultures and the magic of language.  I started teaching in Argentina and with all the years I have already been in the USA, I add up to over 20 years of experience in the field of education.  In my free time, I like to be with my family.  We love to travel, and whenever we have a chance, we go camping and hiking.  Bakeries are a must-stop at our destinations, especially those with European or Argentine-style pastries. Let’s say that music, friends, adventure, faith, as well as dancing, baking, teaching, laughing, and spending tons of time with my family makes me the person I am today.  What about you?  Are you ready for this Spanish adventure?  Let’s do it!

You may email Vanesa if you have questions about the course.

Parasite Removal

Calendar Oct 15, 2024 at 5:30 pm

Learn how Parasites steal our health and what we can do to safely remove them for the entire family! Parasites are not just a third world issue!

Instructor Bio:

Paige Wolfe, born and raised in Vermont, moved out West to the Mountains in 1985 at the age of 18.

Discovered my passion for Nutrition & Preventative Medicine at the age of 20.

Because of a lifelong struggle with my Immune System, I have immersed myself in all things that may improve my Health!

After decades of research, I decided it wasn’t “Rocket Science” when it came to Health.

It was...

Eat right, Exercise, Clean Air, Clean Water, Positive Thoughts and all that Jazz!

Until...it was brought to my attention there is NO such thing as Clean Air, Clean Water or Clean Food!

Now, I have a new perspective on how one can be “Thy Healthiest Self”

Come to find out, it is not completely our fault, our ill health that is.

Although we are all responsible for our daily choices, there are many things that impact our Health that we do not have control over!

I show people how to make better choices and limit environmental poisons all while removing “stuck poisons” from deep inside our bodies!

Educating people on the basics when it comes to “Foundational Health” is my “Purpose & Passion” in this life!

I have spent many years working in large Nutrition Departments and now, I firmly believe we need to pay as much attention if not more to what we take out of our bodies as what we put in them!

My Husband and I were living in Florida before moving to the Mountain Home area in March 2022 to be closer to Nature and further from the masses!

We feel blessed that the Ozarks called us!
