ASUMH Workforce and Community Education

This hands-on, four-day course introduces students to the fundamentals of Gel Coat repair used in the marine manufacturing industry. Participants will learn proper safety procedures, surface preparation, color matching, crack and chip repair, sanding techniques, polishing, and final finishing methods. Through practical exercises, students will repair common cosmetics defects and restore surfaces to industry standards. Upon completion, students will have the foundational skills needed for repair and restoration environments.
