EmpowerYOU: The Food Freedom Method
with Christine Lunceford
Have you ever wondered if the foods you eat might be affecting how you feel?
Many people experience digestive discomfort, low energy, brain fog, inflammation, or mood shifts without realizing that everyday foods can sometimes play a role. This course is designed to help participants develop a deeper awareness of the relationship between food and how the body responds.
In this 8-week educational course, participants will learn how to observe patterns between food, energy, digestion, sleep, and overall well-being. Through guided discussions, simple tracking tools, and practical strategies, students will gain skills that help them better understand their own body's signals.
Participants will explore topics such as food awareness, common food sensitivities, symptom tracking, and how some people use short-term food breaks to observe changes in how they feel. Those who wish to do so may choose to participate in a voluntary food elimination experiment during the course, while others may simply focus on awareness and observation.
Throughout the program, students will learn how to identify patterns, build confidence in making intentional food choices, and develop their own personal approach to food that supports their lifestyle and wellness goals.
Each participant will receive a downloadable digital workbook that includes journaling pages, food awareness tracking tools, and reflection exercises designed to support learning throughout the course. For those who prefer a physical copy, a printed workbook will be available for optional purchase on the first day of class.
By the end of the course, participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how food may impact their body and a practical framework they can continue using long after the course ends.
*This course is educational in nature and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
