Paige Wolfe, born and raised in Vermont, moved out West to the Mountains in 1985 at the age of 18.

Discovered my passion for Nutrition & Preventative Medicine at the age of 20.

Because of a lifelong struggle with my Immune System, I have immersed myself in all things that may improve my Health!

After decades of research, I decided it wasn’t “Rocket Science” when it came to Health.

It was...

Eat right, Exercise, Clean Air, Clean Water, Positive Thoughts and all that Jazz!

Until...it was brought to my attention there is NO such thing as Clean Air, Clean Water or Clean Food!

Now, I have a new perspective on how one can be “Thy Healthiest Self”

Come to find out, it is not completely our fault, our ill health that is.

Although we are all responsible for our daily choices, there are many things that impact our Health that we do not have control over!

I show people how to make better choices and limit environmental poisons all while removing “stuck poisons” from deep inside our bodies!

Educating people on the basics when it comes to “Foundational Health” is my “Purpose & Passion” in this life!

I have spent many years working in large Nutrition Departments and now, I firmly believe we need to pay as much attention if not more to what we take out of our bodies as what we put in them!

My Husband and I were living in Florida before moving to the Mountain Home area in March 2022 to be closer to Nature and further from the masses!

We feel blessed that the Ozarks called us!
