Summer Made Simple: Easy Meals with Freeze-Dried Foods

with Christine Lunceford

$75

Summer schedules fill up quickly, and mealtime often becomes one more thing to figure out at the end of a long day. This workshop is designed to simplify that by showing how freeze-dried foods can help you create quick, flexible meals using real ingredients.

Participants will learn how to use freeze-dried fruits, vegetables, herbs, and proteins to build simple meals like salads, side dishes, skillet meals, and easy combinations that come together in minutes. We’ll cover when to rehydrate, when not to, and how to use freeze-dried ingredients to reduce prep time without sacrificing flavor or quality.

Christine, along with her husband and sister, has spent the past five years freeze-drying food for their families and business. What started as a way to store food has become a practical, everyday tool for making meals faster, easier, and more manageable—especially during busy seasons.

This class focuses on real food, less prep, and flexible meals that work with your schedule—because “fast food” can still be made with simple, wholesome ingredients.

Participants will leave with meal ideas and a suggested list of freeze-dried foods to keep on hand for quick, everyday cooking.

Limited seating available. Early registration is recommended. This workshop is part of a series. Check out the other available classes to continue building your confidence with freeze-dried foods.

Instructor BIO:

Christine Lunceford is the co-founder of Oh My Goodness Farm, a small family business focused on helping people use freeze-dried foods and simple, real-food solutions in everyday life. She works along side her sister, Autumn, and her husband, combining their shared passion for practical, healthy living.

Together, they have been freeze-drying food for the past five years. What started as a way to store food and reduce waste for their own families has grown into a business where they teach others how to use freeze-dried ingredients in meals, snacks, and pantry cooking.

Christine enjoys helping others discover that real food doesn’t have to be complicated—meals can be quick, convenient, and still made with simple, wholesome ingredients.
