Part 2-May 21st Herbs to support GUT health and immunity with a Digestive Bitter tincture to take home.
Part 3-June 18th Herbs to support Respiratory health with a take home Lung support tincture and Herbal steam blend.
Part 4-July 16th Herbs to support Nerve and Cognitive health with a take home Rest tincture and Nerve salve.
Part 5-August 20th Herbs to support skin health with a take home of Skin balm and Herbal tea blend.
Instructor BIO
I am Robin Moore, Certified Community Herbalist, a Native of Fulton County Arkansas. I am a wife, Mother, Grandmother and Friend to many with over 30 years of experience using and teaching about herbs. I learned food preservation, homesteading skills and Folk medicine traditions from family and mentors, studied under several Herbalist including Matthew Wood, Phyllis D. Light and I attended the Appalachian Center for Natural Health (ACNH).
I continue to pass on the Traditional ways of using local plants to support health, connect with nature and build Community, these relationships are essential for nurturing our mind, body and spirit. I hope to inspire you to learn and pass on these traditions to future generations.
