Running a small business often means wearing every hat - sales, marketing, customer service, admin - all while trying to grow. In this hands-on workshop, business owners will learn how to use free AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks, create customer emails, generate marketing content, build simple follow-up systems, and reduce time spent on routine work. Participants are encouraged to bring a sample of their own business writing - such as a social post, email, or brochure - so they can practice customizing AI outputs to match their personal brand and voice. No tech experience required. Everyone will leave with AI-generated templates they can start using immediately.

*Students encouraged to bring a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, in addition to a sample of their own business writing.

*Must be 18 or older.
